Even though with some delay, and only in a small company of the closest family and godparents, our Daniel had a most beautiful day for his First Communion which took place in the Holy Ghost Fathers’ community in Carfin. It is worth noting that without realising Daniel has made history for the Spiritans in Carfin as this was the first ever celebration of First Holy Communion since the Carfin house was established in 1974. With the addition of gorgeous sunny weather, you could be forgiven for believing it was May, rather than end of September. It was a very special peaceful day, filled with joy and the Holy Spirit. This smiling happy boy in a kilt could not have been happier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
