Easter Monday saw us off to Fintry to see our old pals John and Justyna (another Polish\/Scottish mix). Despite the weather trying to discourage us with snow and freezing wind we made it over the Campsies and were warmed up on arrival with home made soup, pizza and cake (thanks Justyna!). Over a cup of coffee we discussed the windmills we had seen on route. It seemed to us that their presence took away from the tranquillity of the place. Although, we all know that green energy is good and much needed I somehow cannot blame the people who are not so keen on windmills. Well, opinions on this are divided. John for example insisted that the hill was rather boring before and that the wind farm gave it a nice face lift. What do you think?

Wydawa\u0142o nam si\u0119, \u017ce ich obecno\u015b\u0107 w pewnym sensie zak\u0142\u00f3ci\u0142a spok\u00f3j tego malowniczego miejsca. Chocia\u017c wiadomo, \u017ce zielona energia jest w dzisiejszych czasach bardzo potrzebna, nie dziwi\u0119 si\u0119 ludziom, kt\u00f3rzy nie przepadaj\u0105 za widokiem wiatrak\u00f3w. Hmm, tutaj jak si\u0119 okazuje opinie s\u0105 podzielone. John na przyk\u0142ad usilnie argumentowa\u0142, \u017ce wzg\u00f3rze wcze\u015bniej mia\u0142o dosy\u0107 nudny charakter, i \u017ce turbiny prowadzi\u0142y do krajobrazu ciekawy element urozmaicaj\u0105cy.
